Atlas Journey offers three different plans - Atlas Journey Premier, Atlas Journey Preferred, and Atlas Journey Economy - so you can choose the amount of trip protection you need to explore the world. Summary of coverage
Your core trip cancellation benefit can reimburse you for prepaid, nonrefundable trip expenses if you must cancel your trip due to a covered reason. Expenses are paid up to 100% of your insured trip cost and up to the benefit maximum for your plan.
Some covered reasons for trip cancellation include:
- Sickness, injury, hospitalization, or death
- Terrorist incident or civil unrest in your destination
- Delay or cancellation of common carrier due to strike, inclement weather, natural disaster, or mechanical breakdown
- Cancellation of an event prior to scheduled departure
- Traffic accident while en route to departure
