Interview

  • When you are selected for an interview, you will receive communication via email or phone.
  • Our key interview process may include either one or all of the following :

    • Onsite interview

Preboarding and Onboarding

Preboarding

  • Selected candidates will receive an offer letter and pre-employment paperwork.
  • Tokio Marine HCC conducts a comprehensive background screening which may include identity, drug, criminal, credit and education verification.
  • We provide new hires with information and details before their first day.

Onboarding

  • As a new hire, you will participate in an orientation program on your first day.
  • You will learn more about our company, our philosophy, our values and our business.

Internship for Students and New Graduates

Tokio Marine HCC’s Student Internship Program is intended to offer students introductory knowledge to a particular area or areas of our organization. It provides qualified students excellent opportunities such as gaining first-hand business experience in the insurance industry, receiving valuable on-the-job training and interacting with all levels of management.

Qualification eligibility includes:

  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • Must have earned 60 credit hours
  • Must be able to work for at least 12 consecutive weeks on a full time basis (40 hours per week) during the summer, between the months of May and August
