The Water District Program is a partnership between Gundy Insurance, Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company and Tokio Marine HCC – Public Risk Group. The program provides a wide range of coverages for water and sewer districts across the United States and supports public and private water and sewer systems.
We specialize in servicing water and sewer districts and responding to claims involving water main breaks and sewer backups. We have established relationships with defense counsel throughout the country to provide legal defense and we respond to damage to district property.
