Surety Bonds

Tokio Marine HCC - Surety Group

The Surety Group requires all agencies, brokerage firms or individuals that handle policy service, or that sell or receive a commission on a contract underwritten by American Contractors Indemnity Company, U.S. Specialty Insurance Company and United States Surety Company, to secure the proper state appointment(s). This is handled by the Surety Group's Compliance Department in Los Angeles, California. It's easy to become appointed with the Surety Group. Contact our Agency Service Center to get the appointment process started.
