Tokio Marine HCC - Specialty Group, a leading global provider of crisis management insurance products, today announced a dynamic new partnership with The Acheson Group (TAG) to provide its Restaurant Recovery/Food Borne Illness policyholders with industryleading crisis response services.
TAG will provide Tokio Marine HCC’s policyholders with access to a 24/7 crisis hotline. The firm will also provide a broad array of food safety consulting and crisis management response services together with other critical policyholder services, which will focus on operational, reputational and regulatory risk.
This vital crisis management benefit is designed to help Tokio Marine HCC’s policyholders proactively manage risk and to ensure informed decision-making. This key product benefit is in place for all existing Tokio Marine HCC policyholders and shall continue for new and renewal policies incepting on or after January 1, 2016.
