Preboarding and Onboarding

Preboarding

  • Selected candidates will receive an offer letter and pre-employment paperwork.
  • Tokio Marine HCC conducts a comprehensive background screening which may include identity, drug, criminal, credit and education verification.
  • We provide new hires with information and details before their first day.

Onboarding

  • As a new hire, you will participate in an orientation program on your first day.
  • You will learn more about our company, our philosophy, our values and our business.
