Celebrating You, Me & TMHCC

This September, colleagues across TMHCC came together for BELONG Week 2026, a week dedicated to celebrating the unique experiences, perspectives and talents each of us brings to TMHCC.

This year’s theme, You, Me & TMHCC, highlighted how belonging begins with understanding ourselves, appreciating others and working together to strengthen our culture and business. Throughout the week, employees were encouraged to Learn, Share, Connect, Apply and Commit through activities held across our global offices and virtually.

About Us

Learning From Each Other

BELONG Week created opportunities for colleagues to explore the experiences and perspectives that shape who we are.

Employees participated in sessions covering topics such as supporting single and solo parents in the workplace, parenting in the digital age, women’s travel safety, disability awareness and intergenerational collaboration. In Barcelona, Comfortable with Not Knowing encouraged colleagues to consider how culture, experience and personality can influence behavior and how challenging assumptions can help us better understand one another.

Employees also connected through activities that celebrated the cultures and traditions represented across TMHCC. International lunches, potlucks and other gatherings took place in locations including Luxembourg, France, Salem, Massachusetts and London, giving colleagues opportunities to share food, stories and traditions.

Connecting Through Our Communities

Our BELONG Communities played an important role throughout the week, creating opportunities for employees to meet new colleagues, learn from one another and have some fun along the way.

Activities included the Young Professionals Community’s Lunch & Learn About Each Other in Houston, the Pride Community’s Battle of the Boards cornhole tournament in Wakefield, Massachusetts and several events hosted by the Working Parents & Caregivers Community.

In Houston, the Community Showcase brought all of TMHCC’s BELONG Communities together in one place. Employees could learn more about each Community’s mission and programs, meet members and discover new ways to get involved.

Giving Back Together

Community service was another important part of BELONG Week. In Houston, the Volunteer & Support Community and Working Parents & Caregivers Community partnered to support Kids’ Meals, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to ending childhood hunger by delivering free, healthy meals directly to children in need. Employees volunteered with the organization and decorated lunch bags throughout the week with colorful designs and encouraging messages for children facing food insecurity.

In London, colleagues volunteered at Mile End Park, completing hands-on habitat and horticultural projects to help care for its green spaces. The week concluded with the Well-Being Community supporting the Los Angeles Food Bank, helping advance its efforts to provide nutritious food to individuals and families throughout the community.

You, Me & TMHCC

From educational sessions and cultural celebrations to volunteering and everyday conversations, BELONG Week provided many ways for colleagues around the world to connect and learn from one another.

Thank you to our BELONG Communities, organizers, volunteers and employees around the world who helped make BELONG Week 2026 possible.

Together, we celebrated what makes each of us unique, what connects us and what we can accomplish together
