Tokio Marine HCC International (TMHCCI), a member of the Tokio Marine HCC group of companies based in Houston, Texas, has announced the appointment of Claire Spiteri to Senior Underwriter, Professional Risks. Based in Manchester, Claire will report to Frances Eaton, Underwriting Manager, Professional Risks North.
Claire joins from AIG, where she served as a Senior Professional Indemnity Underwriter, specialising in professional services, construction, engineering and media.
At TMHCCI, Claire will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Professional Risks team’s professional indemnity and management liability books. She will also focus on establishing and developing relationships with key brokers and clients.
Commenting on her appointment, Andrew Macpherson, Regional Underwriting Director for Professional Risks, said: “We are delighted to welcome Claire to the team. Our division has grown exponentially over the last few years, and we are committed to servicing markets across the UK as we continue to invest in our regional presence.”
