Non-Negligent JCT 21.2.1 (or equivalent)

Clause 21.2.1 (or equivalent) is contained in the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) standard form of building contract. This requires insurance to be arranged, in the joint names of the employer and contractor, to protect the employer in respect of their liability for any loss or expense arising from damage to surrounding property.
