As soon as malicious cyber activity is suspected, we are ready to respond and begin coordinating support. With access to an in-house Cyber Incident Management Specialist 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, or a member of our Claims Team, insureds are guided through each stage of the response and supported in identifying the most effective path to recovery. In the event of a breach, external counsel can be engaged to advise on notification obligations and litigation defence, while post-incident recommendations on controls and risk mitigation can help strengthen resilience going forward.
