Summary of coverage 

Key man Disability insurance is an accident and illness policy purchased by a third party to insure for the financial loss of a key person whose expertise and skillset have established them as an irreplaceable asset to their organisation. 

It also benefits businesses concerned about protecting and insuring their human capital asset in the acquisition or investment in a new company, while protecting their short-term cash flow needs. It can take the form of pure key man, buy-sell or business loan covers.

  • Accidental death – if a Key Person dies because of an injury
