At TMHCCI, there is no single definition of what a career in insurance looks like. When you join us, you enter a specific apprenticeship pathway aligned to a defined business area. This provides focused, hands-on experience and structured learning in your chosen discipline, guided by our subject matter experts.
Alongside this core specialism, you will gain exposure to other parts of the organisation through cross-functional and, at times, cross-business collaboration. You may contribute to projects involving different teams, building an understanding of how the wider organisation operates and how your area connects to others.
Whether your apprenticeship is in Underwriting, Claims, Finance, People, Marketing, or another function, you will experience real variety within your chosen field, while also developing broader commercial awareness and identifying where your strengths and interests lie.
