TMHCCI Surpasses $1 Million in Charitable Giving – Again

In 2025, Tokio Marine HCC International (TMHCCI), together with our employees, donated and raised more than $1.15 million for charitable causes (2024: $1.06 million). Surpassing the $1 million milestone once again is a powerful reflection of the generosity, enthusiasm and commitment of our people.

Two people parachuting

This achievement is rooted in a culture that encourages employees to bring their passions to work, whether through sport, volunteering, fundraising, or supporting causes close to their hearts. As our BELONG ethos reminds us, “When you belong, you feel safe. You feel seen. You feel part of a community.” Charity is one of the many ways our colleagues build those connections and make a meaningful impact beyond our walls.

One of the standout moments of the year quite literally took fundraising to new heights. 50 colleagues skydived in support of Young Lives vs Cancer, raising nearly £30,000, including company match funding. Following the success of the Snowdon Triple Challenge in 2024, our teams were keen to once again support this remarkable charity, which provides vital practical and emotional support to children and young people living with cancer and their families.

The courage shown by our skydivers – stepping out of a plane thousands of feet above the ground – captured the spirit of what can happen when we come (or jump) together with purpose. It was a moment of bravery, unity and shared commitment to making a difference.

In the UK, employee fundraising grew significantly, increasing from £74,303 in 2024 to £124,035.88 in 2025. An increase in company match funding and expanded CSR initiatives, from skydives to sporting challenges, helped more colleagues get involved than ever before.
